About D’Anna Kester
D’Anna Kester, MSW
Under directed experience and clinical supervision
Life can often be confusing and chaotic and having a therapist to help you navigate the complexities of life can make all the difference. Yet, challenge often lies in finding and trusting a therapist to embark on this journey with you.
I work with teenagers, adults, and couples providing a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where you can breathe deeply and authentically be yourself. Among the diverse individuals I work with, many present with struggles related to grief, navigating life-transitions, building self-esteem, and effectively managing stress. I also work with those asking the question of “should I stay or should I go?” in their relationships through individual therapy and discernment counseling for mixed agenda couples. Many also struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety and are bravely healing from childhood abuse, domestic violence, and/or divorce.
As a former athlete, coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I can also safely guide you through transformative experiences in somatic breathwork and healing movement. My mission is to support you while you heal and work collaboratively with you to build new skills so you can effectively manage stress, set boundaries, and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
